Introduction
Cashboard is a tool for growers to cash out against the existing cash prices posted by buyers.
To use Cashboard:
- Navigate to "Cashboard".
- Tap on "Current Prices".
- You will see a list of cash prices listed in various sites.
- Tap on the cash prices that you would like to cash out against.
- Select the appropriate NGR (if you have multiple) and enter the tonnage to be cashed out.
- Tap "Next" to proceed.
- Please verify all details of the transfer before confirming, as once confirmed, users will not be able to void it.
- Once all details have been verified, tap on "Confirm Transfer" to finalise cashing out.
FAQs
Why does it say I do not have stocks on the site?
You can only cash out the grains you have stored on the site that you are cashing out. Additionally, please ensure that you have selected the correct NGR as the system records stocks based on the NGR.
What if I made a mistake with my transfer and want to void it?
Please contact the buyer, as only they have the authority to void it.
