How to Cashout Using Cashboard (Mobile)

Introduction

Cashboard is a function within AgriChain to allow sellers to sell grains at selected cash prices in a specific site. You can read more about Cashboard here: About CashBoard and Cash Prices

To cash out using Cashboard in AgriChain mobile, please follow the steps below:

1. In the main screen, select Cashboard. 
2. In Cashboard, you will see various price listed at different site. You may filter to see the cash prices for a specific commodity, site and etc. To filter, click on 'Filter' in the top right corner of the screen.
   

   Note: To see all prices, you may need to remove the 'Only Show Prices for My Stock' filter.

3.  Select the cash price you wish to cash out against.
4. In the Cash Stock page, enter the tonnage to be cashed out. Click 'Next' to proceed.
5. Click 'Confirm Transfer' after verifying all the details. 

FAQs

Why can't I cash out at a specific site even though I have stock in it?

Please check that the NGR has been selected correctly as the system reflects stock ownership based on NGR.

Can I cash out multiple loads against the same cash prices?

Yes, you can, as long as the tonnage limit of the cash prices has not been exceeded. 

Why can't I enter the tonnages to be cashed out?
A: Some commodity (e.g. Canola) requires you to 'Select Loads' based on specification to cash out. Click on that to transfer the amount of tonnage you wish to cash out.
