Various Price Points Are Explained Below

Delivered Site:

• Seller bears all costs until the commodity reaches the trader's designated site.
• Title, ownership, and risk transfer to the buyer at the time of delivery.

Ex Farm/Site:

• Risk transfers to the buyer once the commodity is loaded onto the transport at the farm gate.
• Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation.

Delivered Buyer:

• Seller delivers the goods directly to the buyer's site and covers all associated costs.

Track:

• Goods are delivered to a mutually agreed-upon location.
• Seller bears the track cost, excluding GTA location differential, shrinkage, insurance, and storage costs.

Free In Store (FIS):

• Goods are delivered to a mutually agreed-upon location.
• Seller pays for freight, loading, and storage until the goods are transferred to the buyer at a specified date.

Free On Truck (FOT):

• Goods are delivered to a truck arranged by the buyer.
• Ownership transfers when the freight provider accepts the goods.

Delivered DCT:

• Seller transports goods to an agreed-upon terminal in a shipping container.
• Ownership transfers upon unloading of goods.

Delivered Market Zone:

• Seller delivers goods to an agreed-upon market zone.
• GTA location differential for the delivery point is subtracted from the price.

Free On Rail (FOR):

• Goods are delivered to a rail agreed upon by the buyer.
• Ownership transfers when goods are loaded onto the train.
