- In Progress: This tonnage refers to the sum of load tonnage that is outloaded and picked up from the pickup location (when outload details are filled and saved in the load details section by the pickup location site manager). Refer to Screenshot 1.
- Allocated: This tonnage refers to the sum of allocated tonnage in the case of contract allocation involving three parties. When a purchase contract and a sale contract are created, the allocated tonnage will be reflected under "Allocated" once it is assigned. Refer to Screenshots 6 and 7.
- Outstanding: This tonnage refers to the sum of tonnage that is to be delivered, i.e., tonnage still present at the pickup site/source location or in the "In Progress" state. Refer to Screenshots 1, 2, and 3.
- Unplanned: This tonnage refers to the sum of Total tonnages that are not yet accounted for via any Order or Movement = Total - Tonnages that are planned via Order or Movement Refer to all screenshots.
- Booked: This tonnage refers to the sum of order tonnage booked with a freight provider, awaiting pick-up and delivery to the site (Freight Movement - Confirmed Status). Refer to Screenshot 4.
- Invoiced: This tonnage refers to the sum of tonnage once it is delivered and marked as "Completed," allowing you to generate an invoice for the delivered tonnage. Refer to Screenshot 5.
- Remaining: This tonnage refers to the sum of tonnage that is to be delivered, i.e., tonnage still present at the pickup site/source location or in the "In Progress" state. Refer to Screenshots 1, 2, and 3.
Summary
Allocated refers to the Total tonnages that have been allocated via a Purchase/Sale contract. It's useful only for Traders who allocate tonnages between Purchase and Sale contracts.
Outstanding refers to Total tonnages that are yet to be delivered = Total - Delivered

In Progress refers to the Total tonnages of all In Progress movements
Remaining refers to Total tonnages that are yet to be picked up = Outstanding - In Progress
Booked refers to the Total tonnages of all Confirmed movements (or Booked Slots)
Unplanned refers to Total tonnages that are not yet accounted for via any Order or Movement = Total - Tonnages that are planned via Order or Movement
Invoiced refers to the Total tonnages of all the movements (and transfers) that have been invoiced
