Introduction
The By Grade view breaks your position down by commodity and grade. It is the most granular physical view and is especially useful when you trade multiple grades within the same commodity.
How it works
Rows are grouped by commodity, with each grade listed beneath.
For each grade, you can see Purchases, Sales, and Net position broken out by price point (e.g. delivered buyer, FOT).
Financial contract tonnage appears alongside the physical position for the same commodity.
Gross mode vs Net mode
The Gross/Net toggle is available in this view.
Drilling into contracts
Physical purchase and sale values are clickable. Selecting one takes you to the contracts page pre-filtered to that commodity, grade, price point, and season. Stock values are not clickable. Financial values are not clickable.
