How to Get Access to Position Reporting?

Modified on Wed, 24 Jun at 7:33 PM

Introduction

Position Reporting is a feature that must be enabled for your company by an Agrichain administrator. This article explains what access looks like and who to contact if you cannot see the report.

Who can see the Position Report?

Users who have been granted the Reporting permission within your company can access Position Reporting. If you can see the Reports section in the navigation but the Position Report is not listed, contact your company administrator or AgriChain support by clicking on the green '?' Help button at the top right of your screen.

What if my company does not have Position Reporting enabled?

If Position Reporting has not been activated for your subscription, you will see an informational page explaining the feature rather than the report itself.

To enquire about enabling Position Reporting for your company, please contact AgriChain support by clicking on the green '?' Help button at the top right of your screen

Stock visibility in the report

Not all NGRs (National Grain Receipts) automatically appear in the stock position. An administrator must tag specific NGRs for position reporting. If you expect stock to appear in the report but it does not, ask your administrator to check the NGR configuration.
