AgriChain provides an SMS service where the delivery docket from a driver can be requested via SMS. This streamlines the recovery of delivery dockets from drivers on the road in real-time.
Noting that this SMS service will incur applicable charges.
How to Request a Delivery Docket From Driver on Mobile App
1. While processing a load, Select the option Request delivery docket from driver using SMS and then enter the number.

1. Why driver is not receiving the SMS despite choosing the above option.
SMS - Driver Number is blocked on AgriChain if the driver does not reply for 5 consecutive times (for docket uploaded Request by Pick up site), hence number is blocked.
