How to Customise Chain of Responsibility Text

Introduction

In AgriChain, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) text declarations can be customised to reflect your company’s specific safety obligations.

While pre-configured templates are available, we recommend reviewing and tailoring your CoR declarations to ensure they align with your organisation’s compliance requirements.

To review and customise your CoR text

1. On your AgriChain web account, click on your Profile Initials in the top right hand corner and select 'Conditions'.
2. On the 'Conditions' page, select the 'Chain of Responsibility' tab.
   • To add a CoR text, click on the '+CHAIN OF RESPONSIBILITY' green button.
   • To edit an existing CoR text, select and click on the CoR line item.
3. A form will appear on the right hand side of the page titled 'Add Chain of Responsibility'. Proceed to select the applicable CoR Type and customise its text.
4. Once done, click on the 'SAVE' button at the bottom of the form to save your changes.
