Truck Driver: How to Record Pickup and Delivery Docket Against Planned Job

Introduction

Truck driver can easily take photos of pickup and delivery docket against a planned job using our AgriChain mobile app.

To record pickup and delivery docket against planned job, please follow the steps below:

1. On the screen of your truck rego, select the relevant planned job. 
2. On the job page, you can see the pickup information and delivery information. Click 'LOAD MY TRUCK' continue.
3. Please load your truck 'Using a Load Docket' and take a picture of the docket. 
4. Once the picture was taken, click 'Next' on the top right corner of your screen and click on 'Next' in Pickup Review. Sign off on Chain of Responsibility and complete pickup. 
5. Once you have arrived on the delivery site, click 'UNLOAD MY TRUCK'. 
6. Please unload your truck 'Using a Delivery Docket'. Take a picture of the docket and click 'Next' on the top right corner of your screen. Click 'Confirm Delivery' to finish the job.
