Introduction
Site Bookings is a feature for site manage all incoming pickup and delivery. As a logistics company, you can use "Site Bookings" to book into different site.
To book a slot, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the 3-dot menu on the top left on your screen
- Navigate to Site Booking
- Select the site you would like to book into on the top of your screen
- Choose the date and free slot (coloured in blue)
- Enter Order No. and all relevant field will be automatically completed. Click book to continue with the booking.
Common Questions
What if I do not have Order No.?
You will have to manually enter all relevant fields such as Commodity, Grade, Tonnage, Freight Provider, etc. However, please note that some sites require an Order No. to be booked into. Therefore, please create an order before proceeding with site booking. See our guide on Orders Overview to understand the different types of orders and how to create them.
What if the site does not have any slot to book into?
You will have to contact the site directly to coordinate the booking as they have sole control of opening slots for booking.
