Introduction

Quick Contract Templates allow you to save time by reusing frequently used contract details. Below are step-by-step instructions to create and use a Quick Contract Template.


Create a Quick Contract Template

  1. Log in to AgriChain using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Contracts module from the left-hand side menu.

  3. Click the “+ Contract” (green button) on the top-right corner of the screen.

  4. Fill in all necessary fields on the Contract Creation Form, including selecting the document type at the top.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the “Save as Template” button.

  6. A pop-up will appear.

  7. Enter a name for your Quick Contract Template.

  8. Click “Save” to store the template.

  9. Your Quick Contract Template is now saved and available for future use.


Use a Quick Contract Template

  1. Navigate to the Contracts module from the left-hand side menu.

  2. Click the “+ Contract” (green button) to initiate a new contract.

  3. At the top of the Contract Creation Form, select your Quick Contract Template by name or choose from one of the last created contracts.

  4. A pop-up will appear asking if you want to pre-fill details from the template.

  5. Click “Yes” to auto-populate the form with saved data.

  6. Review and update any additional required details.

  7. Click “Continue and Review”, then “Submit” to complete the contract creation.
