ImpexDocs: Integration

Introduction

The integration between AgriChain and ImpexDocs focuses on efficient container packing and trading operations for users. This integration allows users to record contracts, orders, and containers in AgriChain that will automatically flow through to ImpexDocs, eliminating the need for double entry.

How to set up the integration between AgriChain and ImpexDocs

1. Navigate to "Integrations" by clicking on your profile/initial in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Select "ImpexDocs"
3. Follow the steps as highlighted in AgriChain. 

Product Mapping from AgriChain to ImpexDocs

1. Navigate to "Integrations" by clicking on your profile/initial in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Select "ImpexDocs"
3. Click on "Product Code".
4. Click on "Add Mapping". 
5. Select the Commodity and Grade on AgriChain and assign it to the corresponding Produce Code on ImpexDocs.

How to use ImpexDocs with AgriChain

1. Log in to AgriChain using your credentials.
2. (Optional) Create a Sale Export Contract by navigating to the "Contracts" module. If you need help creating contract, please refer to this [Refer Article]
3. Once a contract has been created, on the contract page itself, navigate to the "Orders" tab and select "Pack Orders". 
   • Note: If you did not create a Sale Export Contract, you can create "Pack Orders" by navigating to the "Orders" module on the menu located on the left-hand side of your screen, and select the "Pack Orders" tab. 
4. Click on "+Pack Orders" (Green button) in the top right corner of the screen.
5. The Pack Order creation form will open. Fill in all mandatory fields one by one. For help with field definitions, refer to this [Refer Article].
6. Once completed, click “Continue and Review” (bottom-right corner).
7. On the Pack Orders Preview screen, cross-check all the details.
8. Click on “Submit” to proceed.
9. A pop-up will appear with the option to email PDF copies of the contract:
   1. Select the counterparty’s email address to send them a notification.
   2. (Optional) Tick the "Acceptance Request" checkbox if you want approval from the counterparty.
   3. Click “Send Now” to trigger the email or “I’ll Do It Later” to skip it.
      
10. Once you have created a Pack Order on AgriChain, the system will automatically create a Shipment on ImpexDocs, which includes counterparty details and product mappings. 

Creating Pack Movement

1. On the "Pack Orders" page, select "Pack Movements".
2. Click "Container" to download a CSV template for empty or packed containers. 
3. Upload the containers CSV file by clicking "Container" and "Upload Containers.
