FAQs
What is a Pack Order in AgriChain?
A Pack Order is a type of order used to manage the packing of commodities or items into containers. It helps track the movement of goods from storage to a container for export or delivery purposes.
Can I upload multiple pack movements at once?
Yes, you can bulk upload pack movements using a CSV template. Download the template from the Pack Movement tab, fill it with required details, and upload it back into the system.
What fields are mandatory in the Pack Movement CSV?
The first three columns in the template are mandatory. Ensure container names are unique and all details are accurately filled in.
I uploaded my file but don't see any movements listed. What should I check?
Make sure the container names are unique and no required columns are left blank. Also, confirm that the CSV file matches the provided template format.
Can I edit a Pack Movement after uploading?
Yes, you can click into each movement individually to update the outload and packing details.
What does it mean when the movement status shows 'Packed'?
This means that the outload and packing details have been successfully entered and saved for that container movement.
Can I split pack loads or edit quantities later?
No, splitting is not available in Pack Orders. Each container is treated as a separate movement and must be managed individually.
I don’t see the email pop-up after submitting the Pack Order. Why?
The email notification pop-up appears only if the "Show Email Pop-up" setting is enabled for your company. Contact your admin if you think this should be enabled. However, you can send later. Refer Article: [How to Send Email?]
What should I do if I encounter an error while uploading the CSV?
Check that all required fields are completed, no extra columns are added, and the file format remains as CSV. If the issue persists, contact AgriChain Support with a copy of the file.
