Below is a detailed guide to help you understand the different statuses and sub-statuses associated with Pack Orders in AgriChain.
Pack Order Statuses:
Draft: Displayed to the creator when the Pack order is created independent or against a contract, but the contract has not yet been accepted.
Awaiting Confirmation: Shown to the creator when the Pack order has been sent to the counterparty but has not been accepted or rejected.
Action Pending: Displayed to the receiver when the Pack order has been received, but the receiver has not yet accepted or rejected it.
Confirmed: Indicates acceptance by the receiver and order for future date.
Rejected: shown to both parties when the receiver rejects the freight order.
Void: displayed to both parties when the void request is accepted by the receiver.
Open: It is shown when the delivery start date is Started and Pack movement is yet to be outloaded and packed.
In Progress: Displayed when the first container is packed and shipped.
Delivered: If pack order tonnage is exhausted and no. of containers proposed in pack order is exhausted too, then status is Delivered
Completed: If pack order tonnage is exhausted but no. of containers is less than that proposed in pack order, then status is Completed
Pack Order Sub-statuses:
Delayed: Displayed when the delivery end date is past and the pack order has undelivered, outstanding tonnages.
Void Request Sent: Shown to the void request sender until the counter-party accepts the void request.
Amend Request Sent: Displayed to the amend request sender until the counter-party accepts the amend request.
Amended: Indicates acceptance of an amend request by the amend request receiver.
Pack Movement Statuses:
Empty: When Container is uploaded using CSV or mo but Pack and Ship detail are not entered in the system.
Packing In Progress: When only the outload is captured, it means the goods have been picked and moved out of warehouse stock, but they have not yet been packed into container.
Packed: When only the outload is captured, it means the goods have been picked and moved out of warehouse stock, and also packed in the container and data is captured in Packed details.

Can a confirmed pack order be rejected?
No, once a freight order is confirmed, it cannot be rejected. Rejection is an option before confirmation.
When does a Pack order transition from "open" to "in progress"?
The status changes to "In Progress" when the first pack container movement against the order has been delivered or is in progress.
What's the difference between "delivered" and "completed" for pack orders?
"Delivered" signifies completion of required tonnage within defined tolerances, while "Completed" indicates all movements marked as 'Completed' by the buyer or system.
Is it possible to void a contract or pack order after confirmation?
Yes, both can be voided after confirmation, and the void status will be shown upon acceptance by the receiver of the void request.
Can a pack order be amended after reaching "completed" status?
No, once a freight order is marked as "completed," amendments are not possible. Verify all details before reaching this stage.
How to void Pack Movement ?
To Void Pack Movement first make sure Container movement is voided and then using 3 dot menu Pack movement can be voided.
