Cash Price fields in the form

  1. Site: Site at which grain is to be bought

  2. Port (Optional)
  3. Commodity: Commodity to buy
  4. Grade: Grade
  5. Season: Season
  6. Price per MT: Price
  7. Limit (MT): Maximum quantity to purchase
  8. Payment Scale: Defaults to flat
  9. Payment Terms: Different terms are available for selection. Defines how long after transfer will the seller be paid
  10. Buyer: Select who the stock owner will be. Basically who posts the price
  11. Buyer NGR: NGR of selected stockowner for grain transfer
  12. Sustainable Commodity: Whether commodity should be sustainable
  13. Start Date: The date from which the information becomes visible to counterparties on the AgriChain Dashboard.
  14. End Date: The date after which the information will no longer be visible to counterparties on the AgriChain Dashboard.

If you have more than one commodity or need to post prices for multiple commodities, you can download the template using the cloud icon in the top-right corner. Fill in the required data as per the template and upload the completed file.

Field NameDescription / What to Fill
LocationThe site or storage location where the commodity is stored or priced. Must match the location name in AgriChain.
Location ownerThe company that owns or manages the listed location (e.g., the Site Admin or managing party).
GradeThe commodity grade (e.g., APW1, H2, BAR1) – must align with AgriChain-supported grade codes.
SustainableSet to Yes or No depending on whether the commodity is classified as sustainable.
SeasonThe relevant harvest or marketing season (e.g., 2024/25).
Contract payment termsSpecify payment terms such as 14 Days EOM, 7 Days, Cash on Delivery, etc.
Contract payment scalesOutline pricing tiers based on quality or volume. Can be left blank if not applicable.
Contract terms and conditionsProvide any key terms or attach a reference (e.g., “Refer to attached contract T&Cs” or “Standard Grower Contract”).
PriceThe offered price per tonne (or relevant unit), e.g., $350.
QtyThe total quantity available in tonnes (or specified unit), e.g., 1500.
Start dateThe start date from when the price is valid – format: dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd.
End dateThe end date of the price validity period – same format as above.
Buyer (Optional)Leave blank if you are uploading cash prices for your own company. Enter the buyer company name if uploading on their behalf.
Buyer NGR (Optional)Leave blank unless posting on behalf of a buyer; if so, enter their NGR number.
