Approved Buyers

Introduction

On the AgriChain platform, Sites using Cash Boards can control who is authorised to post cash prices at their site locations. These authorised users are known as 'Approved Buyers'.

Site Managers are responsible for reviewing and adding Approved Buyers to their sites.

If you are a buyer interested in posting cash prices at a site using AgriChain, please contact the Site Manager directly to request approval as an Approved Buyer.

Please note that a fee of AU$0.30 per MT will be applied to Approved Buyers purchasing grain at the following Grainstor-integrated sites:

• Dublin Clean Grain
• Laharum Bulk Storage
• Pilgrim Grain Storage
• Shannon Bros Bulk Storage (Sites: Horsham & Beulah)
• Sizer & Cogill Bulk & General Carriers T/A NQ Bulk Storage & Logistics
• TE Storage & Logistics
• Longdarra Grain Services
• Windarra Grain Storage

To add a company as an Approved Buyer

1. As a Site Manager, on your AgriChain web account, first add or check that said company has been added to your Companies Directory.

2. Once said company is in your Companies Directory, click on your Profile Initials in the top right hand corner and select 'Sites'
3. On the 'SITES' page, select the 'Approved Buyers' tab. Here, you will see a list of existing 'Approved Buyers' at your site, if applicable.
4. To add a new 'Approved Buyer', click on the '+BUYER' green button.
5. A form titled 'Buyers' will appear on the right hand side of the page.
6. Select the company you will be adding as an 'Approved Buyer' at your site and click on 'SAVE' once done.
7. You will also be able to remove a buyer from your 'Approved Buyers' list using the 3-dot action menu and selecting the 'Remove' option.

Common Questions

Why can't I find the company I’m trying to add as an 'Approved Buyer'?

First, please check and confirm that the company has been added to your Companies Directory.

Next, verify that the company has not already been added as an Approved Buyer in your list.

I don’t have the functionality to add Approved Buyers to my site. What should I do next?
