This article delineates the process of generating draft freight orders, awaiting acceptance and confirmation upon the validation of associated broker notes or contracts.

Creating Draft Freight Orders

• Navigate to the 'Contracts' section in the left navigation bar menu on the AgriChain platform.
• A comprehensive list of all broker notes or contracts linked to your profile will be displayed.
• Identify and click on the unconfirmed broker note or contract against which you intend to create a draft freight order.
• You will be redirected to the detail page of the selected broker note or contract.
• On the detail page, locate and click on the 'FREIGHT ORDERS' tab positioned along the top of the page.
• Within this tab, click on the '+ FREIGHT ORDER' button to initiate the creation of a draft freight order.
• Note: The draft freight order generated will only be visible to the creator and will be automatically sent to relevant counterparties upon the acceptance and confirmation of the associated broker note or contract.
• Complete all necessary fields with relevant details pertaining to the transportation request.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in providing information to facilitate smooth processing.
• After inputting the requisite details, proceed by clicking on 'CONTINUE AND REVIEW' and/or'SUBMIT' at the bottom of the page.
• Review the draft freight order to verify accuracy and completeness before final submission.
