Assigning Freight Movements to Orders and Contracts

AgriChain makes it super easy for users to assign or link a movement with an existing order/contract or even to unassign a movement from an order/contract. Simply follow the steps below to link/unlink a movement to/from an order/contract:

  1. Open the movement details page
  2. Click on 3-dot menu on the right hand corner
  3. Select "Assign To"
  4. In the Assign To selection menu select whether the movement should be assigned to Contract/Grain Order/Freight Order/Request Order or be made independent
  5. Select the contract/order number to which the movement will be assigned.
  6. Note: Movements can only be assigned to contracts/orders where commodity, site and other details match. The system will inform users in case the movement cannot be assigned and why
