Creating a Freight Movement from the 'Freight Orders' Section:
- Navigate to the Order module from the left-hand side menu.
- Select the specific Freight Order for which you want to create a freight movement.
- Go to the 'Movements' tab.
- Initiate freight movement creation by clicking on "+Freight Movement".
- You will be directed to the freight movement creation page linked to the chosen freight order.
- Input all relevant and mandatory details for the freight movement.
- Choose between 'Planned' for upcoming movements and 'Delivered' for completed movements that need to be recorded post-delivery.
- Once completed, click on “Continue and Review” (bottom-right corner).
- On the Contract Preview screen, cross-check all the details.
- Click on “Submit” to proceed.
- A pop-up will appear (subject to "Show Email Pop-up" setting is enabled for the company) with the option to email PDF copies of the contract:
- Select the counterparty’s email address to send them a notification.
- (Optional) Tick the "Acceptance Request" checkbox if you want approval from the counterparty.
- Click “Send Now” to trigger the email or “I’ll Do It Later” to skip it.
