Creating a freight movement against a freight order is a crucial step in managing the logistics of agricultural transportation. AgriChain simplifies this process to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to create a freight movement against a freight order:

Creating a Freight Movement from the 'Freight Orders' Section:

1. Navigate to the Order module from the left-hand side menu.
2. Select the specific Freight Order for which you want to create a freight movement.
3. Go to the 'Movements' tab.
4. Initiate freight movement creation by clicking on "+Freight Movement".
5. You will be directed to the freight movement creation page linked to the chosen freight order.
6. Input all relevant and mandatory details for the freight movement.
7. Choose between 'Planned' for upcoming movements and 'Delivered' for completed movements that need to be recorded post-delivery. 
8. Once completed, click on “Continue and Review” (bottom-right corner).
9. On the Contract Preview screen, cross-check all the details.
10. Click on “Submit” to proceed.
11. A pop-up will appear (subject to "Show Email Pop-up" setting is enabled for the company) with the option to email PDF copies of the contract:
    1. Select the counterparty’s email address to send them a notification.
    2. (Optional) Tick the "Acceptance Request" checkbox if you want approval from the counterparty.
    3. Click “Send Now” to trigger the email or “I’ll Do It Later” to skip it.
