Introduction: Creating a freight movement for a freight order is a straightforward process that involves linking the movement to a specific order and adjusting tonnages accordingly. Follow these easy steps to efficiently create a freight movement.

Creating a Freight Movement against Freight Order

  • Click on 'Orders' in the left navigation bar to access a list of all freight orders linked to your profile.

  • Search and select the desired freight order, bringing you to its dedicated page.

  • At the top of the page, click on the 'Movements' tab to view various freight activities related to the order.
  • In the 'Movements' tab, click on the right side of the page.



  • The freight movement creation page will automatically populate details from the selected freight order.
  • Input all relevant and mandatory details.
  • Choose 'Planned' for upcoming movements or 'Delivered' for completed movements in the 'Status' field.

  • Click  to review the details, then click at the bottom of the page to submit the freight movement.

Creating a Freight Movement against a Freight Order from Contract

  • Click on the 'Freight Orders' tab within the contract details page.
  • Click on the three-dot menu next to the desired order, and then select the 'Freight Movement' dropdown. From there, click on 'Add' to proceed.

  • Input all relevant and mandatory details on the freight movement creation page.
  • Choose 'Planned' for upcoming movements or 'Delivered' for completed movements in the 'Status' field.
  • Click  to review the details, then click at the bottom of the page to submit the freight movement.

By following these steps, you can create freight movements against your freight orders, ensuring accurate tracking and management of your logistics activities.
