Completing Freight Movements
Automatic Completion
Freight movements are automatically marked as completed within approximately 48 hours (~2 days) after all mandatory details are added or present. These details include consignor/consignee, pickup/delivery site, truck rego, tare weight, gross weight, and grade.
Manual Completion Methods
Method 1: Via Freight Movement Section:
- Navigate to 'Movements' in the left-hand side menu bar to access the list of linked freight movements.
- Select the desired freight movement and click to view its details.
- Edit any mandatory information under the Outload and Inload sections if necessary and save the changes.
- Click on the three-dot menu (far right of screen) and select the 'Mark Complete' option.
- A prompt will appear, asking if you would like to proceed or edit details. Click on 'Proceed' to complete the movement.
Method 2: Via Contracts or Freight Orders Section:
- Navigate to 'Contracts' or 'Orders' in the left-hand side menu bar to access the list of linked contracts or freight orders.
- Select the desired contract or freight order containing the relevant freight movements.
- Click on the 'FREIGHT MOVEMENTS' tab on the top bar for contracts, or 'MOVEMENTS' tab on top bar for freight orders, to view linked movements.
- Choose the freight movement(s) to mark as complete and access their details.
- Edit any mandatory information under the Outload and Inload sections if necessary and save the changes.
- Click on the three-dot menu and select the 'Mark Complete' option.
- Confirm the action to complete the movement.
