When creating a periodic brokerage fee invoice, some periods are missing from my 'Items To Be Invoiced'?

The AgriChain platform is capable of identifying and recognising the items that have not and have been invoiced. 

Thus, if some periods, depending on the frequency of charging you have selected, are missing from the 'Items To Be Invoiced' section during the creation of a periodic brokerage fee invoice, this may be due to:

  1. The period has already been invoiced for. Check your past invoices.
  2. The start/end of the periodic brokerage start date has not arrived or the billing cycle has not concluded. This means, it is not due for invoicing yet.
