Introduction

Acceptance and confirmation of invoices are essential steps in the financial workflow on the AgriChain platform. This guide outlines the process for accepting and confirming invoices, catering to both registered and unregistered counter-parties.

Method 1: Registered Counter-Parties

  • Upon logging in, navigate to 'Invoices' in the left-hand navigation bar menu.
  • A list of all invoices linked to your profile will be displayed.
  • Search for and select the invoice you wish to accept or reject.
  • Upon clicking on the invoice, a detailed page showcasing all relevant information will appear.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on either:
  • 'ACCEPT': To accept and confirm the invoice.
  • 'REJECT': To reject the invoice. A pop-up will prompt you to enter the reason for rejection.

Method 2: Unregistered Counter-Parties

  • An email notification will be sent to the relevant unregistered counterparty upon invoice generation.
  • The email will contain a PDF copy of the invoice as an attachment.
  • Open the email notification and navigate to the bottom.
  • Click on either:
'ACCEPT': To accept and confirm the invoice.
'REJECT': To reject the invoice. Clicking 'REJECT' will prompt a pop-up to enter the reason for rejection.
  • After clicking 'ACCEPT' or 'REJECT', the counter-party will be redirected to a secure link to finalise the action.
  • For 'REJECT', a pop-up will appear to input the reason for rejection.
