Introduction

AgriChain provides a convenient feature that allows users to create multiple time slot frequencies across several days simultaneously. This guide outlines the steps to efficiently utilise this functionality within the Site Management section of AgriChain.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Create Multiple Time Slot Frequencies Across Days:

1. Log in to AgriChain using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Site Management module from the left-hand side menu.
3. Within the Site Management page, locate the 'Actions' button positioned at the top-right corner.
4. Clicking the 'Actions' button will open a drop-down menu.
5. From the drop-down menu, select the 'New Slot' option to initiate the creation of a new time slot. Alternatively, users can click on the time in the calendar where they wish to open a slot
6. A new slot pop-up page will appear, prompting you to input the relevant details for the time slots you intend to create. Ensure to select the following options appropriately;
7. Slot Type: Choose 'Multiple Slots 
   • Start Time & End Time: Specify the relevant times for the time slots
   • Ends On or Ends After: Optionally, specify when you want the slots to end.
   • Slots can be booked as per week days as well.
   • Time Slot Frequency: Depending on the selected start and end times, various     frequency options will be available (e.g., 15, 20, 30 minutes)
   • Note: The time range will determine which frequency options are displayed. For example, starting at 9 am and ending at 3:30 pm will show only 15 and 30-minute frequencies.
8. Once all relevant details are entered, click on the "SAVE' button located at the bottom of the pop-up page.

Moving Slots:

• Using the mouse cursor, users can drag and drop existing time slot to the desired slot. OR
• Click on a specific slot, change the date and slot timings as per requirement and click on submit.

Can I edit or delete multiple time slots after creating them?

Yes, users can edit or delete multiple time slots after creation. Simply delete the first slot and you should get an option to delete one or all time slots.

Is there a limit to the number of time slots I can create across days?

AgriChain does not impose a specific limit on the number of time slots you can create across days. However, consider the practicality and scheduling requirements before creating a large number of time slots.
