How to Set Up or Edit Groups in your Companies Directory

Introduction

Setting up Groups in your Companies Directory is a handy tool to:

• Nominate and only display Contract (Delivered) Bids to a selected group of Sellers on your Cashboards. This feature allows your Company to carry out targeted grain marketing strategies.
• Nominate and only assign charges to a selected group of Companies for your Fees e.g. Storage Fees. This is useful if you have specific fee arrangements with different Companies.

To Set Up or Edit Groups in your Companies Directory

1. Go to your 'Companies' section and select the 'Groups' tab.
2. To set up a New Group or add companies to an Existing Group, click on the green '+ ADD TO GROUP' button.
3. Tick boxes will appear in your list of companies.
4. From here, search and select (tick) the companies you wish to set up a New Group for or add to an Existing Group.
5. Once all applicable companies have been selected (ticked), click on the green '+ADD' button.
6. A window with the heading 'Add To Group' will appear on the right hand side of the page.
7. From here, you can select an Existing Group, or type in the New Group's Name.
8. Proceed to select the Group Type:
   • Fees: This selected group of Companies will be used for Fees.
   • Contract Bids: This selected group of Companies will be used for Contract Bids in the Cashboards section.
9. Once done, click on the green 'SUBMIT' button to save your Group.

To Remove Companies from Existing Groups

1. Go to your 'Companies' section and select the 'Groups' tab.
2. From here, in the 'Groups' drop down, search and select for the Existing Group you would like to remove companies from.
3. Next, click on the green 'ACTIONS' button and select the 'Remove companies from groups' option.
4. A window with the heading 'Remove Companies From Group' will appear on the right hand side of the page.
5. Search and select for the Companies you wish to remove. You may select more than one company.
6. Once done, click on the green 'REMOVE' button to proceed.
   
7. A pop-up will appear for you to review the removal and once satisfied, click on the 'Confirm' button to proceed with company removal from group.
