Introduction
An acquisition Report records all grain transactions, specifically detailing any grain received or purchased, either through direct movements or title transfers. You can set up an Automatic Acquisition File or manually retrieve it.
Step-by-Step Instructions on how to Manually Download an Acquisition Report:
- Log in to AgriChain using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Stock module from the left-hand side menu.
- Select the My Stocks tab to see all the grains under your ownership
- To download an Acquisition File, please look for the cloud icon with a download symbol. Select the Acquisition Report to download.
- You can download the Acquisition Report by filling out the form. The report shows the data of acquisition on a load-by-load basis, giving users full visibility of acquisition activities.
Step-by-Step Instructions on Setting Up an Automatic Acquisition Report:
To set up an Automatic Acquisition Report, which you will receive via email:
- Navigate to the Stock module from the left-hand side menu.
- Select the My Stocks tab.
- Click on the cloud icon with a download symbol, and select 'Auto Acquisition Report'.
- You may configure the automation to suit your needs, such as whether the report should include any acquisition at your own sites, and the recipient of the Acquisition Report.
