Introduction
Often users need to take a stock of all the receivals (inturns) at their sites, for example during harvest. The Acquisition File feature is built exactly for such a requirement. It allows users to get a list of all inloads along with relevant details for the given site and time period.
The Acquisition File Report is available in the following modules
- My Stocks
- Third Party Stocks
Steps To Download
From the My Stocks/Third Party Stocks Module
- Go to the Stocks module from sidebar
- Select My Stocks/Third Party Stocks
- Select Download Acquisition File from the CSV button in the upper-right corner
- Select filters in the given form. Features/caveats are mentioned below:
- Stock Owners: Users may select one or many stock owners, or if this field is left blank all stock owners with stock at the selected sites are included. When the report is downloaded from the My Stocks page, this option need not be used.
- This option (download acquisition file) should not be confused with the Auto Acquisition File, Download Acquisition File, and Upload Acquisition File CSV feature that are related but distinct.
