Modified on Tue, 27 Aug, 2024 at 7:14 AM

Purpose

The Stocks CSV provides users with a summary of all stocks stored at their sites arranged by site, ownership and commodity/grade combinations. The report can be used to get the summary as it was on some past date or as it currently currently stands.

Modules

The Stocks CSV Report is available in the following modules

  • My Stocks
  • Third Party Stocks

Steps To Download

From the Third Party Stocks Module

  1. Go to the Stocks module from sidebar
  2. Select Third Party Stocks
  3. Select Stocks CSV from the CSV button in the upper-right corner
  4. Select filters in the given form. Features/caveats are mentioned below:
    1. Stock Owners: Users may select one or many stock owners, or if this field is left blank all stock owners with stock at the selected sites are included.
    2. Include My Stocks: Users can choose to include their own stocks in the report. In case the report is downloaded from the My Stocks module, this option is not present since only own stocks are downloaded.
      1. When downloaded from My Stocks user need not specify any stock owners.
    3. Stocks As On: Often it is required for purposes of reconciliation or accounting that stocks be retrieved as they were at a date in the past, say a user wishing to view an account of stocks as of last week. This option will allow you to select a date to retrieve stocks for. Please note that any past-dated loads will be included in this report.
    4. Club Grades Together: Generally each grade generates a separate row item for each site/owner/commodity combination. However, users wishing to view the report only at a commodity level can use the "Club Grades Together" option.
