Reports Explained: Auto Acquisition Files

Purpose

The Auto Acquisition Report functionality, as the name suggests, is a way for users to automatically get Acquisition Files (Receival Reports) in their inbox. THis report is sent on a daily basis for each days receivals.

Steps To Download

From the My Stocks Module

Go to the Stocks module from sidebar
Select My Stocks
Select Auto Acquisition File option from the CSV button in the upper-right corner

4. Enter email ID of users who need to receive this update.

Fields Included

Field	Description
Site Company	Owner of site for which report is generated
Site	Site name
Load Type	Set to inload
Inload Sub-Type	Whether the load was against a contract or without one
Load Date	Date of the inload
Load Time	Time of the inload
Contract No	If created against contract the Contract ID
Order No	Order number of the load (if it exists)
Type	Whether the load was against a movement or a direct load or stock update
Identifier	Load ID
Load by Load Identifier (Only Canola)	In case of Canola loads are marked separately for each stock
Freight Provider	Freight Provider
Rego	Rego
Source Field	Where the grain originated (if it was outload from field on AgriChain)
Docket No	Docket No
Commodity	Commodity
Grade	Grade
Variety	Variety
Season	Season
Seller Type	Trader/Grower/Logistics/Broker
Seller Details	ABN, name, Contact, NGR
Buyer Details	Type, ABN, name, Contact, NGR
