Purpose

The inload/outload report allows users to download a load by load account of a storage or ownership/commodity combination. Users may use this report to reconcile loads or to compare the data on AgriChain vs site accounts.

Modules

The Inload/Outload Report is available in the following modules

• My Stocks

• Third Party Stocks

• Storages View

Steps to Download

From My Stocks/Third Party Stocks

1. Go to the Stocks module from sidebar
2. Select My Stocks or Third Party Stocks
3. Select Inload/Outload Report from the CSV button in the upper-right corner
4. Select filters in the given form. Features/caveats are mentioned below:
   1. Stock Owner and NGR: In case of non-subscribed users, only own company should be selected 
   2. Blank for select all: Location, NGR, Commodity etc can be left blank to select all
   3. Start/End Date: Leave either or both  blank to select from time of first load or till time of last load
   4. Custom Column: This is a paid feature, please get in touch with us at support@agrichain.com to select specific/additional columns while downloading the report

From Storages View

The steps are similar to get the report from the storages view. There is, however, an option select storage in the form vs stock owner etc.
