I am Unable to Post Cash Prices

There are a few common reasons for users not to be able to post cash prices.

1. Not on the list of Approved Buyers
   1. On some sites, a buyer has to be allowed by the site manager before they can start posting prices. In case you get a warning or error message like below, you will have to talk to the site manager to get yourself approved
2. CSV Not Uploaded Correctly
   1. Often in the case of bulk upload of cash prices, users make an error in uploading the CSV. Please follow the folloning steps for a successful CSV upload:
      1. Download a fresh template from the CSV button on top right
      2. Add cash price details (remember to use the same spelling etc for site, commodity, grade, and owner as saved and visible on AgriChain this can be found in the company details page for the company see: )
      3. Upload the CSV
      4. Check the output CSV for success status and failure reasons
      5. Successful cash price uploads will be visible right away
