To amend/remove a cash price, simply head over to Cashboards > My Active Prices > click on 3 dot menu next to cash price > Repost to amend/Inactive to remove

How to Amend a Price?

Cash Prices cannot be amended in AgriChain, however there is a functionality to repost cash prices that is available only to the original poster of the price. This removes the earlier cash price from the listing and posts a new price with the updated details.

How to Repost a Price

To repost a cash price head to the "My Active Prices" tab as shown above and using the 3-dot menu next to each cash price, simple click on repost. This will allow you to change things like the price, quantity, port, payment terms, details etc.

On clicking "save", users are presented a warning: "This will mark the current cash price as complete and post a new price". Reposting a cash price is the same as if you removed the older price and set up a new one, any existing title transfers (cashouts) will not be transferred and there will be a fresh audit history for the new cash price.

How to Remove a Cash Price

Cash prices can be removed by the site or by the poster of the price. This can be done in two ways:

For the site:

My Active Prices (Site) > 3-dot menu > Inactive

For the Poster:

My Active Prices >. 3-dot menu > Inactive (shown above)

How to See Completed and Removed Cash Prices?

Completed (including reposted) prices can be viewed from the "My Archived Prices" tab or the "Site Archived Prices" tab (in case of site).

Posters (but not sites) also have the option to delete inactive and completed cash prices. Please note this will not be enabled for any cash price with a cash out against it.
