Introduction
Cashing out on AgriChain is very simple. Simply head over to the Cash Board module from the sidebar and look for the right cash price for you. Once you have found the right cash price for your grain, a click on the 3-dot menu will reveal the following options:
- Cash Out - Use this option to sell grain against a price
- Title Transfers - Sites and price poster can use this option to view past cashouts
Step-by-Step Instruction to Cash Out:
- Log in to AgriChain using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Cash board module from the left-hand side menu.
- Find the right cash price
- Click on the 3-dot menu
- Select "Cash Out" to sell against the cash price.
- Fill out details such as seller NGR, variety, and tonnage that you would like to sell
- The system will let you know how much stock you have of the required commodity, grade, season, and variety at the site
- Confirm the Terms and Conditions
- Click on “Submit” to proceed.
- A pop-up will appear (subject to "Show Email Pop-up" setting is enabled for the company) with the option to email PDF copies of the contract:
- Select the counterparty’s email address to send them a notification.
- (Optional) Tick the "Acceptance Request" checkbox if you want approval from the counterparty.
- Click “Send Now” to trigger the email or “I’ll Do It Later” to skip it.

Why am I not able to Cash Out?
You might not be able to cash out due to not having enough stock on the site at the given NGR. Users can only cash out if they have the required stock present of the given combination. Please double-check the NGR and Variety as well as the quantity of stock of the given commodity, grade, season, and sustainability criterion.
Why is Variety mandatory?
Certain buyers require variety to be entered while cashing out. This is at the discretion of the buyer and might not be required on all cash prices.
