On the AgriChain platform:
- A share farm should be LINKED to the main shareholder's company.
- In the event that the main shareholder of the shared farm is NOT one of your Growers, you can elect to put them under the company of your Grower (i.e. you have a relationship with this Grower).
- A share farm is distinguished based on Farm Name.
- A share farm can have a Shared NGR linked to the share farm.
To add a share farm:
Method 1:
- First, identify the main shareholder of the shared farm. If the company (ABN) of the main shareholder of the shared farm has not been added, do so by adding them to your company directory under the Companies section (left hand side menu bar). - The shared farm's name must contain both the main shareholder's company name and secondary shareholder's company name, or all relevant companies.
- E.g. "AgriChain Pty Ltd & GeoCommodities"
- From here, input all the other relevant details, and click SAVE once done.
- You will then be brought to the new shared farm's setup page.
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup stage of the shared farm by inputting all the other relevant data and click on NEXT (bottom right hand corner of page) to progress thru the setup stage until DONE.
