Purpose
The stocks overview report can be used to get a cumulative view of loads done and stock held by non-grower stock owners at your sites, this is mainly used by BHCs wanting a report to calculate charges and reconcile transactions for clients. This report details the current stock held, inturns/outturns, and cumulated stock to date.

Steps To Download
From the Third Party Stocks Module
- Go to the Stocks module from sidebar
- Select Third Party Stocks
- Select Stocks Overview Report from the CSV button in the upper-right corner
- Select filters in the given form. Features/caveats are mentioned below:
- Stock Owner: Only non-growers are considered stocks owners for the purposes of this report. If left empty all non-grower stocks are included else the ones selected in the form
- Include My Stocks: Stocks owned by you are not ordinarily included in the report, this checkbox shall include own stocks in the report.
- Start and End Date: Start date is exclusive and End date is inclusive for this report. This mean a report from the 3rd to the 6th of November (for example) will measure from the beginning of the 4th of November to the end of the 6th of November
- Group together: This option can be used to generate a more detailed report basis one or more of the mentioned fields. For example, grouping by commodity will allow users to view stocks separated by commodity.

| Receivals | Inloads + TTs in the given period. Only grower to non grower inloads and TTs are included |
| Outturns | Outloads + TTs in the given period. Only non-grower to grower outloads and TTs are included |
| Instore Movements | Stock swaps and storage to storage transfers |
| Shrink | Shrink that has been collected from the stock owner in the given period |
| Carry Over Stock | Total stock owned by client and at the report site from the start of accounting to the start date of report |
| Write Up | Positive stock updates |
| Write Off | Negative stock updates |
| Regrades | Regrades (only available if stock is grouped by grades) |
| Total Tonnes | Available stock at the end of the report period |
