  • Adjust the tonnages and any other necessary details.
  • Click the  button at the bottom of the page to review the amended details.
  • Once satisfied, proceed by clicking

Common Questions

Q: Why is the contract's tonnage field locked, and how can I unlock it?
A:
If the tonnage field is locked, it may be because a freight order has already been created against the contract. To unlock it, first, amend the tonnage in the associated freight order. Once done, you can amend the contract's tonnage.

Q: What should I do if I have multiple freight allocations against the freight order linked to the contract?
A:
If there are multiple freight allocations, start by amending each allocation's tonnage. Once completed, amend the freight order's tonnage. Subsequently, you can amend the contract's tonnage.

Q: Can I amend the tonnages of a commodity contract if the field is locked?
A:
Yes, if the tonnage field is locked, first, ensure that no freight orders are associated with the contract. Once any linked freight orders are adjusted, you can proceed to amend the contract's tonnage.

Q: What if I have multiple freight allocations against the contract's associated freight order?
A:
In such cases, amend the tonnages of each freight allocation first. Afterward, adjust the tonnage of the freight order linked to the contract before proceeding to amend the contract's tonnage.
