Steps to Accept or Reject Freight Orders:
For Registered Users:
- Log in to AgriChain using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Orders module from the left-hand side menu.
- Search, select, and click on the freight order you wish to accept or reject. New freight orders requiring action will be highlighted in blue.
- Alternatively, sort by the 'Status' column or search for freight orders with the status of 'Awaiting Confirmation'.
- Once on the freight order's page, locate the 'Accept' or 'Reject' button in the top-right corner.
- Click on the 'Accept' button to accept the freight order, or click on the 'Reject' button to reject it. If rejecting, provide a reason for rejection when prompted.
The sender of the freight order will be notified of the action taken.
For Non-Registered Users:
- Open the email containing the freight order received.
- Review all information provided in the email or attached PDF file.
- At the bottom of the email, click on the 'ACCEPT' or 'REJECT' button.
- Follow the secure browser link to accept or reject the freight order. It is recommended to use the Google Chrome browser for optimal performance.
- Once accepted or rejected, all relevant counterparties will be notified accordingly.
