Steps to Accept or Reject a Movement

• Navigate to the 'Freight Movement' section in the left navigation bar on the AgriChain platform.
• A list of all freight movements linked to your profile will be displayed.
• Utilise sorting options, or search functionality, to locate freight movements with the status of 'Action Pending'.
• Select the desired freight movement from the list by clicking on it.
• Upon accessing the freight movement's page, use the 'Accept' or 'Reject' button positioned in the top-right corner to approve or reject the movement.

Q: How can I identify freight movements requiring my attention?
A: New freight movements requiring action have the status of 'Awaiting Confirmation'. However, if it is an amendment that is awaiting approval it will keep its usual status.

Q: What happens if I reject a freight movement?
A: If you reject a freight movement, you will be prompted to provide a reason for the rejection. The sender of the freight movement will then be notified of the rejection and the provided reason, enabling them to address any issues or concerns raised.
