When managing freight orders on AgriChain, it's essential to understand the process of allocating a freight order to another counterparty, particularly if you've been initially nominated as the freight provider. This guide outlines the steps to effectively allocate a freight order to another freight provider.

Step By Step Instructions to Create a Freight Allocation:

1. Navigate to the Order Module from the left-hand side menu
2. This action will bring up a list of all freight orders associated with your profile
3. Search for the specific freight order you intend to allocate to another freight provider.
4. Once located, click on the Freight Order to access its details page.
5. On the freight order's page, locate the tabs positioned along the top of the screen.
6. Click on the "Freight Allocations" tab to proceed with the allocation process.
7. Within the Freight Allocations page, locate the "+FREIGHT ALLOCATION" button positioned on the right side of the page.
8. Clicking this button will open the freight allocation creation page.
9. Input all the relevant details required for the freight allocation process.
10. Ensure to specify the next freight provider to whom you are allocating the freight order.
11. Once all necessary details have been entered accurately, click on the "SUBMIT" button to finalise the allocation of the freight order.
