How to create a Site Broadcast Message

Pathway: Site Management > Actions > Broadcast Message

AgriChain's Site Management module has the ability to broadcast messages to counterparties booking into Sites. This feature promptly informs all relevant parties booking into a site on any site changes, including key details in real-time. 

For example, the Broadcast Message feature will come in handy to notify relevant parties of site closures, grain receival segmentations or new site opening and closing times.

To create a Site Broadcast Message:

1. Go to the 'Site Management' section from the navigational menu on the left hand side of the page.
2. On your 'Site Management' page, select your Site.
3. After selecting your site, Select the 'Actions' button on the right hand side of the page > Select the 'Broadcast Message' option
4. The 'Broadcast Message' page will appear on the right hand side of the page.
5. Proceed to Select your relevant Sites for the broadcast and input your message.
6. Once done, Select the 'SEND' button.
7. The message will now be broadcasted (visible) to all parties attempting to book into the nominated sites.
