Introduction

Often, Bulk Handling Company (BHC)/Grain Warehousing Company will need to set up their storage or warehousing fees to track the costs associated of storing and handling grain on behalf of their customers.

The AgriChain platform has the ability to help BHCs set up their storage or warehousing fees on a monthly basis and includes the following fee types:

  1. Storage Fees
  2. Outload Fees
  3. Inload Fees
  4. Transfer Fees
  5. Throughput Inload Fees
  6. Throughput Outload Fees

Additionally, you will be able to set up general Standard Warehousing Fees or Exceptions (customer-specific), where:

  • Standard Warehousing Fees will be at the Site, Commodity and Season Level for a set period of time.
  • Exception Warehousing Fees will also be at the Site, Commodity and Season Level for a set period of time but will only be applicable to specific Customers or Customer Groups nominated.

It is recommended to set up your storage or warehousing fees prior to executing the first movement (load).
