Introduction
AgriChain allow users to send email notifications after creating Contracts, Orders, Movements, Transfers or Invoices. Users may also choose to send the email notification at a later date. To trigger the send email notification, please follow the steps below.
Step by Step Instructions on How to Send Email:
Navigate to the relevant module (e.g., Contracts, Orders, Movements, Transfers, Invoices) from the left-hand side menu.
Locate the transaction for which you want to send an email.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the top right side.
Select "Send Email" from the dropdown menu.
A pop-up will appear with the email composition screen.
Review the email content and recipient details. Make any necessary edits.
Click "Send" to email the counterparty.
If an email has already been sent for the same action (create, amend, or void), the system will display an error message and prevent duplicate sending.
Note:
By default, the email pop-up will be enabled when creating, amending, or voiding Contracts, Orders, Movements, Transfers, and Invoices.
However, if you would like to disable it, you need to contact AgriChain support to change the setting.
