How to Use the Search Function in Site Management

Introduction

AgriChain's Site Management has a Search function that allows users to easily retrieve customers' bookings by order number, truck rego, freight provider, contract number, and more for a specific site. 

Step by Step Instructions on How to Use the Search Function in Site Management:

1. Log in to AgriChain using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Site Management module from the left-hand side menu.
3. Select a site from the green drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the calendar view. 
4. Once a site has been selected, look for the Search Field (with a magnifying glass)
5. You may search using various criteria, such as but not limited to, truck rego, order number, and freight provider. 
6. The system will locate bookings that match the search criteria.

Why does my search have no results?

Please ensure that you are searching for the relevant criteria and that you are looking at the correct site. It is possible that there are no bookings that match your search criteria.
