What do the different views do?

Storages View

Displays all stock stored at a site, regardless of ownership.

Segregated by storage and commodity.
Grades, seasons, and varieties may be combined.

My Stocks

Displays stock owned by the user at subscribed sites.

Segregated by location, commodity, and NGR/Grade.
Seasons and varieties are combined.

Third-Party Stocks

Displays stock owned by third parties at managed sites.

Segregated by location, commodity, and NGR/Grade.

Containers

Displays stock stored in containers at sites.

Segregated by location, commodity, and container.

Site View

Displays the chronological history of stock movements and activities at a site.

Actions That Affect Stock Levels

The following actions can affect balances between Storage and Ownership Views:

Stock Update / Empty - an affect both views, depending on how it is performed.
Title Transfer - changes ownership only.
Storage to Storage Transfer - changes storage location at the same site, does not impact ownership.
Stock Swap - moves stock between two sites belonging to the same company.
Regrade / Reseason - affects ownership composition, not total site balances .

Notes: In order to keep Storage and Ownership Views aligned - 
Use Manage Ownership when adjusting storage. 
Use Manage Storage when adjusting ownership. 
After a Regrade / Reseason, update storage separately without using Manage Ownership.
