Introduction 

The Stocks Report provides a cumulative view of loads completed and stock held by non-grower stock owners at your sites. It is primarily used by Bulk Handling Companies (BHCs), which require a report to calculate charges and reconcile transactions on behalf of their clients. The report includes details of current stock held, inloads, outloads, and cumulative stock to date.

Steps To Download

From the Third Party Stocks Module

1. Go to the Stocks module from the sidebar.
2. Select Third-Party Stocks.
3. Select the Stocks Overview Report from the CSV button in the upper-right corner.
4. Select filters in the given form. Features/caveats are mentioned below:
   • Stock Owner: Only non-growers are considered stocks owners for the purposes of this report. If left empty, all non-grower stocks are included; else, the ones selected in the form.
   • Include My Stocks: Stocks owned by you are not ordinarily included in the report; this checkbox shall include your own stocks in the report.
   • Get stocks as they were on a particular date: If users need to check the stock looked on a particular date in the past, the "Stocks As On" feature makes it as easy as a single click. By selecting the date they would like to see the stock for, users can download a copy of the report as it would have been on that date.
   • Group together: This option can be used to generate a more detailed report basis one or more of the mentioned fields. For example, grouping by commodity will allow users to view stocks separated by commodity.
