Introduction
Site booking is a calendar that allows AgriChain users to control and plan for trucks coming in and out of their sites. This is a paid feature, and users can get in touch with us at support@agrichain.com to enable order booking at their sites.
With order booking turned on, site managers can open slots at their sites that can be booked by trucks wishing to come to the site. When order booking is enabled at a site, planned movements cannot then be made for those sites if there are no open slots. This ensures that site managers can effectively manage a site according to schedule or manage a planned outage.
Site managers can learn more about creating a new time slot by referring to this article [Refer Article]
For customers wanting to book into slot, please refer to this article [Refer Article]. Please ensure that customers can only book a slot at a site using a valid Order Number. To modify or cancel a slot, please follow the on-screen instructions to modify or cancel an existing booking. To learn more, please refer to the article [Refer Article]
