Introduction
Site Management is a powerful tool designed to help site managers plan, oversee, and execute freight activities efficiently and effectively. From creating time slots to managing inloading and outloading, Site Management streamlines freight operations, improving visibility and control of a site.
Create Open Slots for Customer
Site managers can create open slots for customers to book into a site. Site managers can create:
- Create a new slot
- Create multiple slots for a single day
- Create multiple slots across days
Open slots can be customised to a specific site. You may create only one slot for Site A and many slots for Site B. Furthermore, you may also move slots around by dragging and dropping them to a new data and time.

Managing Inloading and Outloading
Site managers and staff can directly manage inloading and outloading activities through the Site Management page. Managers can mark a booking/load as completed or rejected. To do that, click into any booked slot (in yellow) and update the status accordingly.
Note: Marking the load as 'Incomplete' will mark the movement as Void.
- Quick View: Hover over any booked slot to see a summary of the booking.
- Custom Information: Need to display specific data? Submit a request to AgriChain Support via the Help Centre, located in the top-right corner of your screen.
Broadcast Message
Broadcast message is a feature in Site Management that allows site managers and employees to alert customers of important information or instructions when booking into the site. This message can be customised on a site-to-site basis.
