Editing or Voiding Load Details

Introduction

Users can edit 'Load Details' in the movement page even if the movement is completed. If the load was incorrect, the user may choose to void it to recreate. 

To edit or void 'Load Details', please follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to AgriChain using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Movement module from the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on the Movement that you want to edit or void.
   
4. On the movement page, scroll down until you can see Load Details
   • Edit: Click "Edit" on either Pickup or Delivery to edit the loads. Please note that not all information can be amended. 
     Note: Users cannot edit load details if the site is an AgriChain-managed site. To edit, please contact the respective site. 
   • Void:  Click "Void" on either Pickup or Delivery to void it.
     Note: Users cannot void load details if the site is an AgriChain-managed site. To void, please contact the respective site.

Note: If the movement has been invoiced, you will not be able to edit or void the Load Details. You will have to first:

• Void the invoice
  
• Edit or void the Load Detail. 
• Regenerate invoice
