Grower to Grower Transfers on AgriChain and integrated Grainstor sites

Introduction

Grower to Grower Transfers are essentially:

• Title Transfers, where ownership of commodities are transferred from Seller to Buyer
• The Seller and Buyer are both Grower entities

The AgriChain platform is capable of handling Grower to Grower Transfers. For integrated Grainstor sites, please refer to the Grainstor section below.

AgriChain Platform - Grower to Grower Transfers:

To execute a Grower to Grower Transfer on AgriChain and non-integrated Grainstor sites:

1. First, add OR ensure that the other Grower's ABN and Company (i.e. the Buyer) is added/listed in your 'Companies' Directory.

2. Once added/listed, Create a Title Transfer like normal on the Web OR Mobile App, but please select the other Grower Counterparty as the Buyer.

• Please ensure that you have sufficient stock for transfer, and select/input all relevant details (e.g. Commodity, Season, Grade etc.) in the Title Transfer page.
• Noting that you will need to input an identifier relevant to your business e.g. G2GTRANSFER2025 in the 'Contract No.' field.

To note, for integrated Grainstor sites listed below, please contact the relevant Grainstor Site directly and request the Site to do a Grower to Grower Transfer on your behalf on the Grainstor Platform (not on the AgriChain platform).
