How to Mark an Order as a Throughput Order

Introduction

Currently, throughput loads are identified based on the throughput order they are inloaded or outloaded against.

The following order types on the platform can be marked as Throughput Orders:

1. Freight Orders
2. Call on Grain Orders
3. Request Orders, including both Pickup and Delivery sub-types

To mark an Order as a Throughput Order:

1. In your 'Orders' section, depending on your order type, create an Order by clicking on the green '+ FREIGHT ORDER / CALL ON GRAIN ORDER / REQUEST ORDER' button.
2. In the order creation form, select and input the relevant details.
3. In the 'Delivery Details' section, tick the 'Is Throughput Order' option to mark the Order as a throughput order.
   
4. Continue to select and input the relevant details and once done, click on the 'CONTINUE AND REVIEW' button to proceed, followed by the 'SUBMIT' button to create the throughput order.
5. From here, any loads that are inloaded or outloaded against the throughput order will be marked as a throughput load.
